Industrial workers wanted!

We are looking for Industrial Workers to join us in our new Factory in Hønefoss.

You should be a responsible and reliable worker, not afraid to take a stand. Part of the work is physically demanding and exhausting. You need the stamina and will to succeed together with us as a team. You will be rewarded with a solid base-salary, bonus payments and a have-fun-at-work culture. Training will be provided and we will assist new workers with accommodation and formalities for settling down in Norway.

The factory will run 2 shifts (06-14 & 14-22) Monday to Friday. We plan to switch the teams between day & evening shifts.

Desired start date: May, June and August 2022

What needs to be done

  • Welding of steel-rebar into prefabricated cages
  • Make, transport, Install rebars (all inside our factory)
  • Run and maintain robots, machines and tools
  • Operate forklift and crane

Required skills

  • Experience in working in Industrial environments
  • Responsible and reliable team player
  • Solid English Speaker, work in international multi-cultural team

Are you our new Project Manager?

You will lead our Søgne production division, offer and execute projects, lead the production team and develop our process around it

What needs to be done

You will lead, build, facilitate and manage our production team. As well as execution of projects for our customers from end to end. The tasks include:

  • Prepare offers for new projects.
  • Act as the main contact person throughout the whole project.
  • Organize and oversee production and delivery for ongoing projects.
  • Bear technical and economic responsibility.
  • Collect feedback for continuous improvement.

In addition, you will play a key role in developing our standardized processes for delivering projects to our customers. Work closely with the rest of our team to integrate the processes with our hard- & software. In other words, you will help to build the tools to do your job in a highly efficient way. A few key processes are:

  • Automated offer generation
  • Parametric structural rebar design
  • Combined robotic & manual production
  • Installation on site
  • Invoicing
  • Quality Documentation

What you bring to the team

A proven track record as a successful leader:

  • Preferably from a project-driven industry.
  • Ideally with experience from the construction industry.

You have a systematic, structured, and organized style, as well as an open mind that wants to learn from, share, and integrate into our diverse international team.

You have experience in Nordic business culture.

You should be confident speaking and writing in Norwegian. If you don’t speak it yet, what are you waiting for? It’s the easiest language to learn!

You will need a driver’s license. Until we get a proper auto-pilot, you will have to steer the car to our factories, customers, and suppliers.
